Ken Allen is Executive Director of Oregon AFSCME Council 75. Allen has been with Oregon AFSCME 15 years and has also served as Council Representative, Assistant Executive Director, and Chief Negotiator. Ken is a vice president on the State of Oregon AFL-CIO Executive Board and is also a board member of Inside Oregon Enterprises. He was elected International Vice President in 2004.
